The lawyer, attorney, counselor

About Jim Dunn

Over 20 years securing success via Analysis, Advice, & Advocacy

It all started when…

… fourteen year-old Lexington High School student Jim read the book Five Smooth Stones on his free time and decided he wanted to be a lawyer.

Jim has found justice on a smaller scale for hundreds of clients - simply put, if you or your business have been or are about to be wronged, Jim applies creativity and tenacity to find a way to secure justice. And just like David put 5 smooth stones in his pocket before facing Goliath, Jim will combine experience and preparation to put as many legal “stones” as needed to either convince the other side to agree to a fair result or to secure it in legal battle.

Jim is a Boston College Law - “BC Law” - grad with over 20 years of legal experience on the defense and plaintiff sides in the Boston area, plus half a decade litigating cases in the state and federal courts of Philadelphia. In 2012, Jim founded his own Boston area practice, based in the CIC in Cambridge, where he combines his skills and experience and draws on his well-established network of collaborating attorneys to handle a variety of legal situations. A former rugby player who now runs half (& occassional full) marathons, Jim brings determination and intensity to his practice of law.
